Webneck provides web building for the
Greater Southwest Missouri area. As a site designer/builder, some
restrictions may apply. Webneck provides designs through Microsoft
products, services, HTML code, or direct programming.
Upon contracting our service a meeting
between client/designer will take place and the plan will be laid out
along with a known deadline for site launch.
Images used for the site is the clients
responsibility, as well as intended use of images. Any image Copyrighted,
Restricted or Trademarked
is at use of the clients risk. Webneck shall not be held responsible in any
way, shape, or form for images or materials of the like provided by client.
Webneck also retains the right to show
or display any site created (usually in the form of Internet link) to other
future prospective clients for reasons to promote Webneck. Not at any time will
Webneck hinder or jeopardize the use of any site created for their clients.
Sites are sold "as is" by way of hosting
environment, should site be hosted elsewhere or by another hosting service,
Webneck is not responsible for such site. Web hosting services (generally
reliable) should have a 24 hour uptime. In the event your site is not
available, contact that hosting service.
Pages designed under the Corporate
Business package are subject to extended deadline times. If deadline time is
surpassed, client will be kept advised of the circumstances.
Any additional page added to any site
will be at a cost of $150.00 each excluding regular maintenance or changes to
current site (Pre-Launch). Maintenance of site will be at a cost of $75.00
per hour (subject to change). One free hour of maintenance (after site launch) is included
with the purchase of any site.
Website consulting is provided and is
available by way of bringing your designed website to our testing facility
to provide tips, tricks, upgrades, changes, revisions and errors back to a
functioning state. We are also available to provide information for basic
marketing theories, and maximizing hit count. Consulting services are $65.00
per hour (subject to change), one hour minimum charge.
