Equus offers
a comprehensive range of warranty and support services
specifically designed for our channel partners. Not only do
they help you keep your customers' IT infrastructure up and
running, they help you run a more efficient and profitable
service business.
STANDARD WARRANTIES
All systems are shipped with
a minimum one-year standard warranty, which includes
parts repair or replacement. Labor costs are covered
when serviced by Equus personnel at one of our
facilities.
EXTENDED WARRANTIES
For additional peace of
mind, you can choose a three-year Extended warranty.
These competitively priced options extend the service
coverage for an additional two years beyond the term of
the standard warranty.
ON-SITE WARRANTIES - REIMBURSED & FULL SERVICE
Give your customers piece
of mind with on-site warranties while choosing the plan
that fits your business model. Reimbursed On-Site pays
you for the services you provide your customers. With
Full-Service On-Site, we provide nation-wide coverage
for you - from diagnostics to dispatch. Most
Full-Service repairs are completed in one business day.
COMBINATION WARRANTIES
Ultimate flexibility is
available through Combination warranties. Year-one is
covered per the terms of the selected Reimbursed or
Full-Service On-Site warranty while the second and third
year extensions are covered by the Standard warranty
terms.
EXPRESS & NO-FAULT NOTEBOOK WARRANTIES
Rest easy knowing that
your service request goes to the front of the line at
our National Service and Repair Center (NSRC) for
expedited processing. Most Express warranty notebooks
are repaired and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt.
No-Fault warranties cover unintended drops, spills,
surges and other unintentional damage to Nobilis
notebooks and are available in combination with
three-year mail-in and express warranties. Please see
